Each pastry or cake I've tried has tasted disgusting, they taste like they've been made using the lowest quality ingredients and chemicals, the artificial cream is as disgusting as it sounds, the pastries and cakes are dry and each bite is pure disappointment. Norwich's biggest bakery didn't get as big through quality or pride in their products, they got there through being cheap. Avoid at all costs, their products are barely fit for purpose.
