What can I say! The service we received from Spencer for my best friends Hen Do was amazing. Unfortunately prior to speaking to Spencer I was let down by another company in Norwich who had previously agreed to taking our Hen Party to Liverpool and back so I started to panic when there was only 4 weeks to go. He reassured me there would be no issues with him taking us. He was friendly, very professional and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone I know. Thank you again, so much Spencer! We all had the best time

We had an amazing day for our wedding on 22nd April, and we absolutely loved the car! The Imperial Landaulette was perfect for myself, my parents and my three bridesmaids. Spencer was a brilliant chauffeur and we couldn't have asked for anything more.

Fantastic experience, Spencer arrived on time,in the snow. Our journey to London was great,stopping for coffee and loo breaks. He was waiting for us after the show almost outside the theatre. Highly recommend

Spencer was very professional all day, calm, friendly and cheerful despite circumstances. Our service included travel to the ceremony (great service, slightly early arrival), photographs at the ceremony (we planned to change this to the reception due to the car being parked outside unattractive hoarding at the castle) and travel from the ceremony to reception (the car broke down). Kerry arrived within around 10 minutes of the car breaking down in another car (the only one from their fleet that we didnt like) and because this car was borrowed from another wedding the rest of the service felt incredibly rushed. Only a very limited time was allowed for photographs so regardless of being the wrong car, we only had photos with the bride and groom rather than the guests as desired and planned. This process felt very unrelaxed. 2 days later we contacted the company as we had not yet had a written follow up for the reduced service. Kerrys response was very defensive and despite a 50 refund reducing the cost to 375 we feel we didnt get the service other couples would have received. Some extracts from Kerrys email below, should be considered by anybody considering using their services in the future. - Neither of you seemed stressed or even mildly put out, in fact you were both giggling and laughing, and asked Spencer to take a photo of you both in the broken down car and laughing about other mishaps along the way. - this was our way of remaining positive in a frustrating situation. - Im sure youve gotten out of a car that works perfectly fine, to get in it again and it decided it doesnt want to work! - With regard to photos, when Victoria asked me, I was not aware that you hadnt had any at the castle, Im assuming the photographer got some of you arriving in the car? So when Victoria asked me, I did reply yes but it would need to be quick, I definitely did not say no. I would never refuse point blank. - Spencer was in the car the whole time and was aware no photos were taken with guests - Im not really sure what more we could have done, we supplied, in under 10 minutes with a vintage car of equal value - value is irrelevant, we have family cars of equivalent value, it doesnt mean they are to our taste for our wedding day. - We are lead by photographers, if they dont want to take in one place, or tell us theyve finished, then thats up to them. - it was me (the groom) who felt very rushed and told the photographer that the chauffeur was in a rush. - in the unforeseen circumstances that due to mechanical failure a breakdown occurs, the company accepts no responsibility - read terms and conditions carefully. I would be interested how this meets UK provision of service legislation (but not that interested). - The last thing we want between us and our clients is bad feeling, no one wants that on their day, As a good will gesture we are prepared to offer you 50. - we appreciate this small refund. Summary - Spencer is very professional as a chauffeur. The day was wholly relaxed. The terms and conditions and defensive email from Kerry are nothing short of disappointing.
