If you are wanting to purchase a bespoke British watch You need look no further than "Garrick Watchmakers" If you are a novice and you need help and guidance in making your choice (and I needed a lot of help ) You need look no further than Dave Brailsford of "Garrick Watchmakers" Other reviewers have said it better than I can. I first heard of Garrick last year, I was quite intrigued by the design and the made in England. I was interested by the S4 as I liked the dials and the price. when I met David at his home we spoke for a long time about the watches, clearly he is passionate with horology. While I was trying a few S4, Dave showed me a picture of the new S5, it was still under development, he only had a few pictures, it was still at the early stages of the project, when Dave explained the differences between the S4 and the S5, and how he could make it absolutely bespoke to the smallest detail, more impressively he helped me decide on various occasions to reach the absolute exact watch of my dreams.David kept me informed of the development of my watch, he sent me pictures and vids of my watch at various stages of its construction. After a few months of waiting, I finally got the watch, it came with multiple leather straps matching the dial, in a nice box, I couldnt be more pleased with the result, it was worth the waiting. It has been 8 weeks now I have my S5, I wear all the time, I am still in the honey moon period, the accuracy is an astounding 1sec/day and the power reserve is just below 3 days. Dave is great with advices and a true professional. A big thank you for everything.

The first thing Id like to say is my watch is exquisite; beautifully built and to my exact specification. It makes me smile every time I put it on my wrist. Such quality. I would also like to commend the very personal buying process, operated exclusively by co-founder Dave. He took ownership from the first enquiry, through discussing design and build options, to providing updates on the progress toward completion. And then finally the collection, where it was a pleasure to meet both Dave and Simon and see at first hand how it was all done. I cannot speak highly enough of the buying and owning experience. Such a treat.

Patience, pride, passion, perfection. David and the team at Garrick provided all of this - and more - when guiding me through the design process for my new S4 and then building the watch. Highly recommend the Garrick team and their watches.
