Weasley (big cat) had been in a fighting situation and sustained several injuries. I HAD tried to treat him at home but realised he probably needed antibiotics as he was getting various swellings. The very friendly and thoughtful vet gave him a thorough check over and put my mind at rest completely whilst effortlessly administering his antibiotic injection and keeping Weasley very relaxed. Plus. They saw him very quickly. This vets practice love ALL animals and do an incredible job. Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful reception team. The surgery is super clean. The vet was kind, caring and gentle with my dog and throughly explained what she was doing and why. Thank you

My housemate and I have rescued ratties, and sadly on 11/03 we had to take our boy Alfie to be out to sleep. It was our first visit to Three Rivers. The vet was amazing, we were both very upset at losing our dear little Alfie, and she made the process as comfortable as possible. We were able to hold Alfie as he passed over to spirit, which made a huge difference as we didnt think wed be able to stay with him. The vet was calm, professional and compassionate and I felt confident in her knowledge and experience. I wish I knew the ladys name, but hope this gets back to her with a big thank you for being so caring, kind, and treating our Alfie with so much dignity. The surgery also sent us a card for our loss, which no vets has done before. Three Rivers provided a first class service all round, and we will be taking all our animals here from now on. Like many in rescue circles, weve not had the best experiences with vets in the past. Many conversely, seem to lack compassion for animals, and dont always put them first, so Im glad to have found Three Rivers as I know all our ratties will be in good hands.
