        just a quick experience. trying to look at and possibly test drive an ID3. rang 1 day, said they were very busy and would ring back, 2nd day rang again to say why didn't you ring back again they said they were busy. So if they can't be bothered to call back on a sale of a 30k car, what does that say about them?
