I recently bought a 2021 VW T-Roc on finance no haggling on price , I paid the balance in their Norwich office then drove away only to realise the car had previously belonged to a smoker so Im stuck with the odour as a non smoker I raised my concern has was ignored. However what wasnt ignored was despite paying my balance due and their further 300 hard sell on GAP insurance I have been contacted regularly being chased for a further 165 RFL whilst my concerns about the car are ignored . If I could return the car tomorrow I would its been that bad an experience So thank you for your response . I sat in the car very briefly for 2 or 3 minutes and it had been recently cleaned so the smoking odour wouldnt have been clear. Having had it fully valeted we found a cigarette burn under the electric window buttons and a lot of dog hair in the boot. You offered no resolution other than suggesting you could advise me how to get the car cleaned or you could email the resolution and Id gratefully receive any help you could give . You may have made a mistake in the financial transaction if you didnt charge the 165 I made a grave error in buying the car from Richard Nash cars without thoroughly checking it as I now have a 5 year finance to pay off on a VW T-Roc

After searching online for a car I tried Richard Nash, I seen a vehicle they had for sale and was pleased to see how competitively priced it was, the salesman Steve Allen was very helpful and informative, after a test drive and a coffee we had a no pressure chat which made me feel more than comfortable to commit to purchase the vehicle. Overall very good service, excellent communication on progress and competitive pricing of the vehicle, I will certainly recommend Richard Nash to friends & family.

Very professional and friendly staff. Everything was sorted out by Steve with no problems whatsoever. Would definitely use them again when the time comes to change my car.
