Efficient and felt confident my vehicle was in capable hands. Had an hour delay on my arranged pick up time but was treated with coffee and somewhere to sit, and then the bill was reduced as an apology. So, customer service 10 out of 10.

We have just picked up our new Kona! When choosing our car Andy listened to our requirements, to help us choose the correct car to meet our needs. We were made fully aware of the global delays in some components. We were updated regularly and even though very hopeful for the car to arrive earlier it did come within the 4-8 month time frame given. Thanks Andy for all your support loving our first electric car.
