From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome. The receptionist greets you politely and with a smile. You are directed to a comfortable waiting area while waiting for a member of staff. Refreshments are also offered. I have only dealt with the service staff. They are a credit to the company. The cost of servcing is reasonable and a detailed explanation of work carried out is given. You also receive a video via text/email of any additional work that is required or has been carried out. The car is then valeted before collection. They have not kept me waiting beyond their expected time of completion. I would recommend Group 1 to any Skoda owner.
