        Heigham Street Fiat service have been brilliant today. Due to a change of plans I had to throw a late deadline at them and they met it with alacrity, good grace and at a very good price. Strongly recommended.

        I really do wish when you ask to speak to the motability person (busy with a customer I was told) that they would ring you back. I did leave my name and phone number.

        I took my Vitara into the dealership in Norwich today, I had a recall notice, I booked online. Once I arrived & was greeted by staff who were very professional and courteous. I was told the approximate time of completion would be about 4 hours, but in just under 2 hours I had a text saying my car was ready. I also had a video health check text, nothing wrong thankfully. Thanks to Joe Taylor and Joe Browne, oh not forgetting the staff member who washed my car. Top quality service.
