2 weeks ago, my husband bought his amazing, powerful, comfortable VW Tuareg from Norwich Car Centre. It was a pleasure dealing with Chris, who promptly and professionally dealt with all concerns - the car was serviced, any little scuff marks wete buffed out and the front tires were changed (to high qualitly Bridgestone, which we were admittesly suprised to see, seeing that my VW dealership years ago sold me a car with new, but cheap no name tires!). When we went for a test drive, the steering wheel started vibrating above 70mph, and the car had a significant drift to the left. Chris had it sent back for wheel alignment, which was done within a couple of days, and every since then, the car has been a dream to drive. Thank you, Chris!

Purchased a Sportage from these in January, very happy, the overall service was superb, especially the aftercare. Best customer service I have experienced and I've worked in direct sales over 30 years so I fully understand how important customer satisfaction is. I dealt with Lee, nothing was too much trouble, look no further, if you buy a car from these guys, you'll be well looked after.
