I recently bought a 2021 VW T-Roc on finance no haggling on price , I paid the balance in their Norwich office then drove away only to realise the car had previously belonged to a smoker so Im stuck with the odour as a non smoker I raised my concern has was ignored. However what wasnt ignored was despite paying my balance due and their further 300 hard sell on GAP insurance I have been contacted regularly being chased for a further 165 RFL whilst my concerns about the car are ignored . If I could return the car tomorrow I would its been that bad an experience

I bought my first car from Richard Nash and the service was brilliant. All staff were kind and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly and I am very happy with my car and the service I received from Richard Nash. Any minor issues I have had with the car have been dealt with efficiently.
