        From the moment I entered the showroom and was greeted by the receptionist then I knew this was going to be a very different experience to the previous dealership I had been in just an hour or so earlier. The lady was calm and welcoming and made sure that I got to speak to the right sales person. After that, everything was simply sublime - I had the car I was interested brought around to me and it was beautifully presented, I wasn't expecting to be able to test drive having turned up suddenly but this was arranged in minutes and really nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the whole sales process I was kept informed and every effort was made to exceed my expectations. A completely satisfactory experience. Thank You!
