Friendly staff but such a shame they take 8-10 hours to see anyone. If it's an emergency then you'll be lucky to be seen within the first hour of arriving!!!

Huge shame of Norwich is this hospital which is very badly run. Unprofessional management , even amateur management. I mean the workplace from which employees of all levels are fleeing. There is no space here to write about the tragedy of the workers but it can be summed up in one important thing that says it all - workers have no parking spaces or have to pay 80 to attend to patients in the workplace.

Their lack of care lead to the death of my grandmother. If you cannot afford to go to Switzerland then by all means go to the N&N, theyll do the job just as well.
