Hired a van online was told was available paid in full went through the online check in only to called the day before collection to say nothing was available to hire. Had planned to use the vehicle for a holiday as was on a weekend couldn't find any alternative would not recommend this company to anyone to make things worse was told would take 10 days for refund appalling service

I hired a car from here though my car insurance while mine was being fixed in the garage. I thought everything was going smoothly until 3 weeks after I returned the car when I received an email from enterprise stating there was a scuff on the front bumper and I was to pay 85 to fix it plus a 60 admin charge. I rang to dispute the charge and ask where to send the pics I took when I dropped the car off (always take pics) I was put through to a manager who said she can see from her computer there was no damage and she would remove the charge. (Blamed it on new staff that have recently joined the company.) I asked for an email to state the charge was being waved but have yet to receive confirmation. This has somewhat ruined my previously pleasant experience with the company
