Had a last minute emergency requiring a rapid delivery of legal documents for a client. Got onto their WebChat with Kevin Love and got an immediate response and quote. Client got in contact and arranged pickup with a slight modification without issue. Then instead of using an online tracking system I thought I would WebChat again and ask for a delivery estimate. Within a minute I got the response. A very human touch and hugely appreciated. I cant think of anything that could have been done better. (Even the price was cheaper than a competitor).

I recently had the need to have some car parts transported from the North East of England to my home town over 250 miles away. I spoke with several well known National courier companies, however the only company that instilled any confidence was Evo Logistics, of Norwich. Not only were they extremely professional on the phone, they were also very helpful about how the parts would be collected and packaged, and stressed that van would not be shared with lots of other boxes, I was getting exclusive use of their van. The price was right too! They acted promptly, liaised directly with the seller to confirm the collection time, and kept me updated all the way through the process with messages and photos of it safely packed onto their van. They arrived at my house on time, and even unloaded the parts straight into my garage. It really couldn't have been easier for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has a need for goods to be transported around the country, they will collect from and deliver to any part of the country. I will be using EVO Logistics again!
