The AF Group have a large account with CommTech with more than 17000 mobile contracts managed by them on VF , EE and O2. Even accounts with 1 mobile contract are looked after with exceptional levels of support as recently detailed to me in glowing terms by one of our AF members. There was a Vodafone network outage that caused a lack of service for 1 week, our member told me that he had constant updates from the Comm-Tech staff about progress and they even supplied him with a spare sim card to use at Comm-Techs cost whilst the Vodafone outage made his own mobile connection untenable. This level of support and service and going the extra mile is what elevates the service that Comm-Tech provides our large buying group and membership. We have been a client of Comm-Tech for several years, and we have always had excellent service from the team. The Sales Team is knowledgeable and always recommended the correct systems for our needs. The Engineers have been a pleasure to work with when on site, and no issue was too small when installing our new system. Both Steve and James get a deserved mention for the excellent service! The service desk is always attentive and respond to tickets efficiently. Always a pleasure to work with Comm-Tech and thoroughly recommended their service.

Super staff, they really know what they are talking about. It's important when you trust in a company for your communications and data requirements, they have the knowledge, expertise and experience. Comm-Tech most definitely has all these qualities and much more.
