        I didnt get a warm welcome.

        I wonder if they are closing down as they have run out of loads of stuff and don't seem to be restocking. Every time I have asked they have said 2 weeks. This has been going on for nearly 3 months. I hope they continue trading but this seems ominous.

        Teas are much more expensive in the shop than on the website. Why? I feel discriminated against for walking there rather than having it packed and posted with all the environmental damage that does.

        Fantastic tea merchant. The range of tea is superb although pricey. Customer service was still not quite as friendly as it has been in the past which is a shame. Still 5 stars for sheer quality of goods.
