        Booked a taxi to catch a train, taxi was 10 mins late and turned up in complete wrong location. Ended up missing my train, and was charged almost double the usual rate compared to other companies. Was told the reason it was late was because the driver didnt press the arrived button, not sure how this is my fault?

        Great service, thank you. Stranded in the rain and no taxis available for 1.5 hours, the lady operator conjured up a driver who wasn't supposed to be on duty but was in the area and he collected me much sooner than I expected. Very, very grateful.
