Great taxi firm use them you won't regret it

Cannot believe how rude the people who work here are. Asked very clearly for a cab for six people to be sent, they send a car instead. Not a big issue until we called them back to ask why a cab for 6 hadn't been sent. They outright refused to listen to us, got extremely rude and were very aggressive in their response. They constantly spoke over us and didn't give us the chance to explain anything and instead hung up on us. We called back to try and have a civilised conversation, where they ended up yelling again, said "wrong number" and proceeded to hang up. Not what you expect at all from a cab company, would not recommend using them as if anything goes wrong, they will not take any responsibility and instead blame the customer. 1 star given purely to post this.
