Absolutely AWFUL experience, would not recommend!!! I had the wrong peircing put into my frontal helix (which a simple Google will confirm it is the wrong jewellery) and it caused a huge amount of pain and irritation. I went to see a very experienced professional who advised me It was also angled in a way that the correct jewellery would never sit properly. When I explained my upset and asked for a refund for my time wasted, pain and money they said that my other piercer probably just told me that so I remove it and get it re-pierced by him. This is absolute nonsense and just rude!! Will never return and will advise my friends to also not go. Service: Ear piercing

i got an eyebrow piercing yesterday at indigo and my experience was really good. i have a few piercings already but this was my first time going here and it was very professional, everyone was really nice. they marked the piercing and finished the whole process within a minute and it barely hurt. definitely worth the money given how amazing my experience was. the studio was very nice and there are rooms you go in to get your piercing so you've got privacy. if you're contemplating coming here, you should definitely go! i came here for a belly button piercing and everything was lovely - the place seemed clean and well decorated, i felt slightly judged by the staff but i am a self conscious person - overall they were lovely. there was food being eaten and left on the reception area and smoking going on outside by the staff but i didnt think much of it as they werent piercing me and mustve washed their hands ect. they let me choose the piercing and had a variety - they were beautiful. when i got it pierced my pierced sterilised everything and has gloves on, made me make sure she was piercing it where i wanted and let me change it if i wanted to. she told me it was the least painful but it hurt quite a lot - i suppose its different for everybody tho. she gave me a sheet on what is normally expected when healing and how to make the solution, she also wrote her instagram and the places instagram at the bottom and said i could ask her any questions if i wanted to. she was lovely and i would recommend this place - very busy too and takes walk ins on saturday usually but also posts on their instagram what days too.
