After visiting another studio for a tattoo and immediately wanting another, I booked in with Shani after admiring my husbands sleeve created by her. Ive used factotum for piercings before and always appreciate the cleanliness, tidiness and also the friendliness of the staff. Shanis fineline tattoo was so detailed and exactly what id asked for, it hurt far less than the previous tattoo id had - whether this is due to Shanis gentle hand or the placement of the design. I have visited Factotum for my last 3 tattoo pieces and had the absolute delight of being tattooed by the lovely Shani! My most recent piece was a big piece which I was a bit nervous about, but Shani eliminated any anxiety I had the minute I was in the chair. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease, was like talking to a good friend for the day! Amazing work, clean and welcoming environment, lovely staff and overall a great experience on all my visits!
