First rate doctors' practice. Couldn't want for a more dedicated, caring surgery.

Im sure this practice is perfectly fine, but I would strongly suggest training reception on emotional intelligence considering people who call in are often already in distress. I was referred here for a Physio therapy appointment after partially dislocating my hip two weeks ago, leaving me unable to walk unassisted. Unfortunately, my regular GP gave me an incorrect address, probably from Google, as a search for Newmarket road physiotherapist brings up a totally different address. I tried calling when I arrived by taxi and realised I was in the wrong place, but was on hold for 10 minutes, making me late for the appointment before I even spoke to the receptionist. I had been waiting 2 weeks for any kind of follow up care for this extremely painful and debilitating injury and the receptionist was extremely unkind right off the bat, scolding me for going to the wrong place and insisting they had always been at 7 Newmarket road which Im sure is true, but was extremely unhelpful as I was a half a mile away and on crutches. The receptionist became angry after I started to cry (not my finest moment but I was really counting on this appointment). I tried to apologise for my emotional response but the receptionist shouted over me, repeatedly yelling weve always been at 7 Newmarket road, weve always been at 7 newmarket road! I know it was a difficult call to take because of my emotional state at that moment. I know there wasnt much she could have done to help me. I know surgeries are stretched thin right now. But I really would have appreciated a modicum of patience and kindness and a less condescending, reprimanding tone when I first called as Im sure Im not the only patient calling in regards to a potentially life changing injury.
