        Absolutely appalled at the attitude of the woman staff member in the cafe this Saturday afternoon(22nd May) around 5.15 and 5.30pm. My 76 year old mother and sister (with sprained ankle) sat down on a table in the EMPTY cafe to rest while I did the shopping for groceries...This rude obnoxious cafe manager told them to get out, very arrogantly, even though the Cafe was Empty...Shame on you Marks and Spencer! Sack this woman... Am coming to make a complaint in the store on Monday.
