        16 months ago I had a total knee replacement and with no NHS physio, called on Roz.. last week was the first time I allowed her to massage it, yes it was painful but at home rested, later with 2 Paracetamols I walked my dog and realised I was walking without my sticks and no pain... why did I wait so long and not trusting her ? I could not believe the difference.. thanks Roz you are amazing..
