Terrible customer service. Booked a spa experience 3 months ago for a birthday and it got cancelled the morning we were meant to go. A long process to get compensation and they make it so much hassle, lots of phone calls and emails and still no money back. Will not be booking again.

Friendly staff, plenty of equipment, good atmosphere, decent cafe cant fault it (though it would be nice if the cafe was open at 6am as well for breakfast! ) :)

The staff are helpful and really lovely. The building is really tired looking and needs some attention. The menu is a little lacking. A nice, enjoyable and relaxing experience, thank you

The treatments in the spa were lovely, staff were great. The gym was good lots of equipment. The building tired needs a refurbishment. You pay to hire very old, discoloured bathrobes, wish I had brought my own.
