There's a reason they won't let you try before you buy . If it doesn't work they won't fix it . They pass you from department to department and never reply . Double charge and never give refunds . Never accept that they are wrong . Had to go to credit card company to get refund. Avoid this company at all costs it will drive you mad and take your money

Keep away!!!! My experience is that they make false promises and get you tied into a contract and hold the contract like a dagger over your neck. I was very happy with my previous POS however due to some additional features provided by EPOS Now I opted for it. The training is shambles. They send videos and two sessions scattered over weeks where they offer not more than 30 mins. Escalated this all the way up to CEO and there was no response for complaints. The payment mechanism is something to be watchful about. If you need an additional machine the cost is 25 per month and additional charges for cellular connection too pus the transaction fee for every transaction. Other providers give superior and better card machines for 15 per month. Very bad experience and I feel cheated Warning- Keep Away!!!

I had a call to join this company and they told me a different prices of the agreement ...I tried to cancel because they told lies and they refused and still charging me monthly charges...I tried to resolve this issue but they don't want despite several promises..this is a scam you have been warned...try another supplier....

On behalf of my company DO NOT even consider working with them. The service is the worst I have ever experienced, impersonal, not trying to resolve any issues quickly. Left us without any payment going in our bank account for 10 days. Their system is archaic, the 'support' doesn't exist . Stay away!!!!
