As per previous reviews, I was greeted by a young man who was busy with another client.
He duley called another to assist us who happened to be the same man who was on the phone taking payment from another customer, ended his call and walked in the opposite direction instead of to help us.
Once with us as before mentioned tryed to sell me underlay at 12.99 PSM saying it was his cheapest but 1 which was rubber and not good for the carpet we selected.
We explained we needed it within 3 weeks maximum which he said he could do but after all our details were logged told us carpet would be delivered to his store at MY expense 2 days before my latest possible time.
His maths also didn't add up as apparently 12sm of 12.99 underlay only costs 50 quid......not when I went to school it didn't.
You guys need to get a new manager as this guy will cost you your reputation very soon.
