        RUDE, EXPENSIVE AND DIDNT CHANGE BATTERY!! Paid 15 (usually 10 at my local Timpson) for a key battery that wasnt changed as warning is still on car. Rude staff. No eye contact and seems like I was an inconvenience although I was only person in store. Expected me to have something smaller than a 20 for a 15 bill (I didnt realise 15 notes exist now!). Please avoid this store as it is not a reflection of the company as a whole. Couldnt go back as had parked in the mall and had paid to leave before realising they had duped me.

        I went in to the store today and I have to commend the staff that attended to me. He was very patient, respectful and very helpful. He went far and above to assist me in sorting my phone problems. Five stars are not enough. Thanks for a superb costumer service.
