I needed two keys, I asked the man (young, coloured skin) how long it takes, he said one minute(!). I told him that I'm happy to come back, no rush, but he told me to wait. I'm not an expert, but he finished the job very quickly. When I arrived home I found that the keys didn't work. They went into the keyhole, but didn't turn. My husband took them back next day. He said the man was on the phone (!) while he made two new keys saying the first one were the wrong shape. (Same guy) We tried them, they were no better, even worse, didn't even fit in the keyhole. We wasted enough time, I took them back today and asked for the refund. Kept the receipt. There was another man, he told me he can't put the money back on my card, he gave me cash refund, even I told him, I try not to use cash. We definitely won't go there again.

The guys in the RIverside Timpson's in Morrison's are excellent - friendly, flexible and always helpful. The range of services they offer is superb.
