If there hadn't been a member of staff who was on his way out when we arrived, the check in process would have been very confusing. There is no staff to check in, and the location of the keys is very awkward. The door on entry to our block was extremely noisy, it creaked so much that when people were coming and going during the night you could really hear it. There's no soundproofing whatsoever in the walls or ceiling so you can hear everything very clearly - the creaky door, all conversations, walking around the corridor etc. Upstairs neighbours disrupted our sleep all night. We called the 'emergency' number on the door but this is just the unoccupied office. Someone eventually answered at 4.30am and arrived at 5am but we'd missed our sleep by this point. Another thing to note is that when we arrived the hand towel in the bathroom was on the floor and the towel holder on the floor with it, it appears to be broken off. The temperature gauge of the shower also feels like it might break at any moment, it's very loose. And finally the temperature of the hot tap definitely needs to be capped, currently it gets so hot it would be very easy for someone to burn themselves on.
