Although I didn't get round to calling the organiser after the events to negotiate a discount, I don't think that would have changed my mind about this. The organiser did make an effort to sort the problems out, so have added a star for her friendliness and approachability. The 'premier' or 'luxury' apartments are not either, having used similarly described rentals in other cities - although have a well equipped kitchen and living area. There was never any hot water, having to follow the many steps to fire up the boiler until the tank contained enough to use (a shower would take 40 mins to prepare). On the first night neighbours played loud music until the early hours and the second night I had to call the police - someone smashed another outer door in the courtyard. It's situated in one of the roughest areas on Norwich which made the runaround after a garage key was not available more of a concern. Was concerned about leaving my car parked on the streets in that area whilst the key was being acquired. Whilst cheaper than 4 or more people booking hotel rooms its about the same for 1-2 people as the Holiday Inn in the city centre. Very little sleep and left feeling annoyed.
