Incredible from start to finish
My face with every bite
Starter : Goat taco , lime pickled onions, chimichurri mayo
Mains : Pork chop, katsuoboshi, fennel gravy
: Mutton chop with parsley and anchovy sauce
Sides : Ember mash, bone marrow butter, chicken skin crumb
: Coffee kombucha carrots, fermented carrot, wild garlic (this was really surprisingly amazing)
Dessert: Brix brownie, seabuckthorn custard, burnt banana ice cream.
10/10 i highly recommend!
