Horrible horrible horrible service. I sent a parcel to Jammu 4 weeks ago. The delivery person was rude and refused to deliver to the address. The parcel was returned back to me 2 weeks ago and it has not yet reached me. There is no way to contact the customer service via call. You have to email and wait ages for them to respond. Very unhelpful customer service team. Safe to say, I am never using pickr again.
