Abbeystone

Absolutely awful company. I won't use the term service because they don't provide any. No response to emails. No outcome following phone calls. Demand huge fees with zero maintenance for the properties they 'maintain'.

Terrible service. Takes days (and multiple chases) to get responses and then the responses are rarely helpful

Avoid at all cost. One minute they say they manage my block the next Im told a company in Essex with an almost identical name manages my block instead. Both companies called Abbeystone I was told by the Norwich staff were not connected in anyway since 2017.If you push Abbeystones Norwich website button on google you get onto the Abbeystones Essex company website instead where it states Jackie Freeman works running Abbeystones Norwich branch. All I wanted was to get a correctly calculated service charge bill after years of writing to them but receiving no response, pay my ground rent and get urgent maintenance done on the block instead I have no idea whose doing what and running which .Have now complained to the Ombudsman and others over Abbeystone in Essex and Norwich.
