Over the past ten years, NRM have been the Managing Agents for our block of 32 flats, built in the 1930s. When they took on this responsibility they inherited various historical problems caused by neglect and mismanagement by former professionals. In a short time they had resolved these problems, established a regime of regular inspections and set up a planned maintenance schedule which they adhere to and fully supervise. They ensure rental income is collected when due, coordinate with tenants and advise on all new legislation and relevant matters. In my opinion they are exceptional agents and a pleasure to work with. Following an awful experience with another management agency NRM took over management of our block of flats in Norwich. Ten years on and we are still very satisfied with everything NRM does - and the personal and speedy attention to emails/queries is impressive. Keep it up Guy and thanks.

We have been very impressed with NRM since they took over the management of our apartment block . They are readily available to contact by phone and email and deal with any issues or queries promptly. We would especially like to mention Edward Labrum who fields our occasional concerns with courtesy and patience. We are grateful for the peace of mind which we are afforded since NRM are responsible for our management.

Im new to my flat and NRM have been great so far They always get back to me so quickly and answer all my questions. Also, were efficient with the moving in paperwork!
