Absolutely awful. During Covid they often had people view the house, as despite current tennants asking, did not make anyone wear gloves, and viewers wandered around the house touching everything. Also had to request for something to be repaired numerous times, where we instead got gaslit and blamed (it was broken when we moved in!). Atrocious management- we had a bills inclusive policy, and at the end of the tenancy they claimed we had gone over and couldnt provide statements. We got hold of the statements ourselves extremely easily and it turns out they were paying TWO energy companies at the same time for months and wanted us to pay for their mistake. Disgusting company, unprofessional and rude, 100% avoid at all costs.

Currently with PL, and I am very pleased with their service. Whenever i have problem/ query in the property, theyre always there to help me. I would recommend them to my collegues and friends.

Occasional mistakes in administration are excusable, given the service I received otherwise. But I would opine that the Head needs more help, or at least to delegate responsibility for end-of-month duties, a true headache that can leave a mortgage-anxious client like me waiting for his/ her rent. Attention to detail is above average, but the fees are 12-15% before vat. Expect to pay well in advance, like 4+ months, for a tenant finder fee before the start of said tenancy. Mostly a good service, with usually a very fast reply to my e-mails. This did slip however in the run-up to my ending the relationship (rental houses were sold).

I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the Pearl Team. Abby, Katie and Sara have been nothing, but amazing throughout our tenancy. They really were incredibly supportive and knowledgable throughout the whole process. Which brought me and my partner such ease, as first time renters. I would 100% recommend Pearl Lettings to anyone.
