        I haven't stayed in the properties, however, I have worked and work with Sam on a regular basis and have seen the standard of his properties. They are well thought out and designed to a high specification. They are far better standard than a lot of the regular standard of student housing in many areas, not just Norwich. When I have students wanting to stay in Norwich I recommend they speak to Sam.
