The older lady who served me was point blank rude to my face, rolled her eyes due to a mistake I made towards a form that needed posting and over all made me feel stupid for simply wanting to send something off.
Reading the other reviews this appears to be a problem thats needssorting.

Easy to find (just off Ipswich Road)
Loads of parking (right outside)
Both "windows" open so no queue
I was only posting a parcel but someone else came in with paperwork to be counter signed and the clerk appeared to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (as was my assistant)
