More suspicious stuff happening in the car park here than in O Block probably, its a nice place inside but otherwise its just meh.

Think about how you rota breaks. Key trade times such as lunch time should be fully staffed. Waited in the queue for a while but when it was my turn to be served one booth closed and the girl working it left, then came back WITH HER LUNCH and sat in the office eating it while I and the rest of the queue waited for the one member of staff to serve us. This was 12pm! Manage breaks around customers, not customers round your breaks!

I ran here after getting home from work to send a package that was extremely important, I got to the shop at 17.15 and was greeted by a young staff member who told me it was too late to send the parcel. I asked another member of Roy's what the time was to confirm I wasn't wrong, she was equally shocked how early the post office had closed. I got told I couldn't send my parcel because "it's already gone", whatever that meant. Such a let down they can't even be bothered to stay open until the time advertised.
