Unfortunately Ive found this place claims that theres frequent problems with pre paid labels being wrong and the need to pay for more expensive postage. Better yet I only have the problem at this branch, so Ill have to shop elsewhere.

Very rude guy behind the counter and selling items different price to amount on product and multipack items not to be sold seperatly when told its different price on item became very rude and swearing if he's having a bad day maybe he shouldn't work with customers. Won't be returning

The young man who works behind the counter is not only incredibly rude but also disgustingly patronising. They also over charge for parcels and large letters compared to the royal mail website - it's worth the extra 5-10 min walk into town to the post office in WH Smiths - trust me! Not one to usually leave negative reviews but this was such an abhorrent experience I felt it necessary to share!
