Totally rude and the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a post office. The woman by the till was rude and the man she was serving took his sweet time, with no consideration of others around him. I have NEVER waited 30 minutes to drop off a parcel, truly disgusting.

The lady at the counter was very rude. I have measured my letter and am sure its a large letter and have sent the same thing multiple times before and have always sent it as large letter, yet the lady insisted it was a parcel and that shipping to usa costs 9.6 even though royal mail clearly says standard is 7.8 even as a small parcel. I questioned her politely but she replied well go send it at another post office then. I end up going to another post office and sent it as a large letter without any issues and paid 4.2 instead of 9.6, and service there was perfect. Avoid this post office.
