Fantastic engineer. Couldnt rate highly enough. Another company suggested I had a faulty part, but quoted a shocking price to fix/replace. Heatcare were contacted and arranged to attend and replace the part I would supply, guaranteeing their work as well. On the day Jason attended promptly. He was friendly and professional, checked the system and to my surprise actually identified the previous advice was wrong and the part wasnt even faulty. Previous company hadnt checked it thoroughly enough. So he saved me money by refusing to fit a part I didnt need. Now thats honesty!

Definitely recommended. Jason is professional and provides the service with complete integrity. I call him for gas service every year. He has always been on time. He provides electronic certificates and accepts cashless payment methods (e.g. card and online). He also installed my gas cooker. Very nice finish! I like his HONESTY and high quality service.
