I can't recommend Bodywerx highly enough, there is a range of classes to suit all ages and abilities if you are wanting to keep fit and agile and with George you are in safe hands, a very experienced, motivated and happy person, 5 * all round

George is a highly knowledgeable Pilates teacher who makes classes fun. I sit at a desk all day & my weekly class helps keep my posture & flexibility in check. It also strengthens my core too!

I cannot imagine a better Pilates instructor than George. I have been going to Bodywerx for a number of years, progressing from beginners to Improvers classes. Each class is different and, whilst you are encouraged to progress your Pilates ,you will always be supported and alternatives and assistance offered. Most importantly George makes classes fun and his enthusiasm and knowledge are second to none. I have recently completed a beginners apparatus class and looking forward to the challenge of these classes in the new year. I would certainly recommend Bodywerx to anyone, the studio is inviting and there are classes to suit all levels
