        My favourite place in Norwich! The studio is beautiful. The teaching has inspired me and Pilates has become a major part of my life. I always leave class feeling energised and happy. I feel like Ive finally discovered proper Pilates!

        My experience with Beth at the Pilates Studio, and now online, is fantastic.She gets to know each student and any long-term or temporary challenges they have which will affect their participation. The classes are always structured and varied. The complete experience is strengthening and de-stressing. I can recommend Lauren and Victoria's classes highly, too.
