        My husband is 77 years old and has replacements in both knees and one hip and has recently started a course on the Pilates Reformer machine at the Old Stables Pilates Studio. He is seeing an amazing improvement in his flexibility and movement. The machine enables you to exercise in ways which would otherwise be impossible for a man of his age. Of course he is being instructed in its use by Hannah the fully qualified Pilates instructor who tailors the exercises to suit his particular needs.

        I've been enjoying sessions at The Stables Pilates since they first opened and it's a highlight of my week. The team know what they're doing and vary the exercises to keep it fresh. I'd particularly recommend Nikki ... who's hugely experienced, patient and great fun.

        Lindseys teaching style didn't really suit me. I also had to relentlessly chase her for invoices for my years worth cash payments. I never received the invoices and eventually gave up.
