Since returning to climbing after 30 years of absence, i unfortunately climbed too hard too soon so picked up problems with my elbows. I saw Lewie a few months ago as he understands climbing injuries and worked through the issues to full fitness. I was really impressed with his friendly, efficient manner and attention to detail. Now i continue to use his expertise for conditioning to improve my strength and flexibility. Great service from a knowledgeable team.

I first visited Climbing Physio in October 2015 on the recommendation of my sons, who as passionate climbers, had received treatment, expert advice on injury prevention and regular sports massages from Scott and Lewie. So pleased I listened to them!! Since then, Climbing Physio have helped me with several injuries and niggles over the years including knee pain, neck problems and sciatica. Always knowledgeable, professional, reassuring and very thorough in their diagnoses, I have received various treatments from Scott and Lewie including acupuncture, sports massages and programmes of exercises designed specifically to my needs to make me stronger and more robust, because age isn't on my side! I have also been attending their strength and conditioning exercise classes for several months now which are great fun and have been hugely beneficial in preventing injury. Not only are Scott and Lewie brilliant physios, but they are two of the most kind, genuine and passionate people you could hope to meet. Cannot recommend Climbing Pysio highly enough!!

I first encountered Climbing Physio at a movement and mobility class to prevent injury. I am a firm believer in prevention. Scott and Lewie were fun, inclusive, and knowledgeable. They tailored the sessions around what we were doing and collectively needed, whilst also adapting to our varied ability. There is usually a certain amount of banter, so we have a laugh at the same time. I really don't like asking for help-even when I need it, but Lewie and Scott are so professional, easygoing and genuinely keen to help, that I never hesitate. I have seen them regarding various injuries, and recommend them to my friends, family and acquaintances. They've helped me a lot.

I had a groin injury (caused by playing football ) and nothing I did seemed to get rid of it. Even after not playing for a while as soon as I started playing again back it came. Knowing I wanted to get back playing again my wife put me in touch with Scott who she'd met at one of the Able2b class's. He set me plans and exercises tailored to suit my exact needs and at every step I could feel it getting stronger. Now all fixed just in time for the new football season with additional plan to able me to be injury free and stronger than before.
