I needed a photo for a US passport renewal (US State Dept is VERY fussy about spacing and size). I emphasized the importance of correct framing of the picture but it was clear when the prints were completed that my advice had been ignored. The resulting photo was not useable. No apologies; no offer to re-shoot. Unfortunately I had already paid before I could check the prints. All-in-all a disapointing experience.

I visited this store in Norwich this morning to have 2 photos printed of my dear son who died in January this year the photos were on my phone I had no idea what to do I was helped by a lovely assistant sadly I didnt get his name he had dark hair & looked possibly Filipino apologies if Ive got this wrong he was so helpful friendly & chatty with a lovely smile he really cheered me up the photos were printed lovely I was delighted such good value too thank you so much you really did brighten my day I shall definitely be back

I am going to urgently print one sided black and white A4 sized paper. They tell me its 50p for 1. I agreed and go for the printing. After printing they told me its the wrong price and It should cost 2.5 and asked me to accept that. Its so unprofessional and like a scam.
