Shocking service, I paid for tracked 24 delivery as I need the medication. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and the company will not refund me or send a replacement. It takes 14 days to start a resolution with Royal Mail, by which time the pills will be redundant. Overall, although cheaper than some other companies I would not recommend due to unhelpful service.

Worse surgery out of all others tested, make a mistake on your prescription form you cant amend it or get another prescription on a new consultation because of that one previous mistake theyll take your money first before refunding it avoid
