Utterly useless!!! On every occasion waiting ages to collect prescription. Now since new ownership have to wait even longer as prescription made while you wait. Go to another chemist!!!!

Called prior to visiting as I had a paper prescription. The employee I spoke to was very helpful and even remembered who I was when I attended the pharmacy. The staff were friendly and smiley.

This was my regular pharmacy till today. I had a prescription placed Thursday, went down Saturday to find them closed and Today (Tuesday) they obviously haven't even looked at the prescription as its not ready, and then I find out they don't have it and can't order it. It was the same for baby milk in prescription too. I also find some staff members very rude and ill mannered and its not the first time they've had attitude. I think its appalling customer service and will not be returning. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Useless pharmacy. Might as well shut it down, never has medication needed and most of the staff in there are rude and should be ashamed of themselves. More staff training definitely required!
