        Prescription always late. Empty shelves and nobody will answer the phone. Too busy training student pharmacists to bother about serving customers.

        Sat afternoon and the chemist is shut,can't get my prescription which is ready,what is going on,think you need more staff .

        Poorly stocked shelves of basic everyday meds. Shelves dirty and floor grubby. Chemists by the very nature of the service should present a clean spotless image. Staff friendly and helpful but my meds are never ready when I call. Collect half a day later or shop for 15 mins. They are all probably experiencing supply issues but cleanliness just involves either hiring a cleaner or rolling up your sleeves
